With over three decades of experience, he has worked extensively in government service and at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), where he rose through the ranks to become Professor and Chairman of the Department of Hepatobiliary, Pancreatic and Liver Transplantation Surgery.
